Sorry it took so long for me to post my report. Life kinda crept up on me.
The flight was AMAZING! I am so happy that I decided to try flying. I still prefer driving, if possibly, only because I can bring everything I need with me, instead of having to squeeze a small amount of clothes and supplies into 2 small bags. When I drive, I pack a cooler with water, milk, soda, etc. and I bring bowls, cereal, etc. I can’t take all that when I fly, so I had to buy breakfast each morning, which is an expense I don’t have to worry about when I drive.
The part that made me the most nervous was actually just getting on the plane and making sure that my cary-on fit in the bin. As you saw in my first video, I did actually bring a tape measure to several stores to check the dimensions of the bags. Once I was on the plane and my bag actually fit in the overhead compartment without any problems, I was much more relaxed. I was able to get my window seat, and enjoy my flight, also taking some very cool pictures being above the clouds! This was definitely a positive, memorable experience.
